The cycle consists of three workshops that will be out three consecutive Saturdays from January 01 to January 14, 2008. The first workshop the students learn the dance Tandava belonging to South India and is usually interpreted the rhythm of percussion.
The second workshop will be devoted to Bihu, part of the folklore of Assam in India.
The third is an initiation workshop in BOLLYWOOD DANCE are the choreography of the most popular films from India and emblem of the mixture of pop and folklore of India.

Intensive Workshops Schedule:
Workshop 1 - Saturday 01/01/08 - Tandava
Workshop 2 - Saturday 09/01/1908 - Bihu
Workshop 3 - Saturday 1/14/1908 - BOLLYWOOD
Target audience: dancers, students and teachers of dance and folklore and the general public
Hours: from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (04 hours per workshop)
Space is limited: 20 people
Proof: interested can request individual certificates for each workshop or a record of a series of workshops.
Surcharge for record: 10 soles
Content and Methodology:
Workshop 1 - Tandava: introductory talk / practice in India and rhythms Tandava / dance technique and choreography.
Workshop 2 - Bihu: introductory talk / practice Bihu rhythm / dance technique and choreography.
Workshop 3 - BOLLYWOOD: introductory talk / exercises and technical Bollywood / implementation of some rhythms of India.
Includes Teaching Materials for each taller01 Offprint informative and 01 music CDs.
